Migrating your web data to a new platform can be daunting and confusing. Having worked with all the major web platforms on the market, I ensure that the transfer of your web data is streamlined and stress-free, no matter which platform you are migrating from.
Whether you're familiar with Webflow or not, you can expect to receive one-on-one training and guidance from me to ensure you get the most out of your new website. I offer company-wide training workshops to ensure any member of your team has the knowledge to manage your website with ease.
Great support is important. I remain available post-launch to provide guidance and assistance. For the first 2 months after launch, I offer support sessions to all my clients, free of charge. I then offer my ongoing Webflow Support retainer service to continue optimizing and growing your brand collaboratively.
Before beginning to think about the visual appearance and technical requirements of your new website, I want to get to know you and your brand.
I kick off every project with a thorough research and discovery phase. This gives me the opportunity to gain valuable insight, ask questions and form a broader picture of your objectives and aspirations in both the short and long-term, through discussion, questionnaires and proposed ideas. This process is vital to form a deeper understand of your business, determine the core objectives of the project and helps to deliver the best web solution for your business.
With the Research and Discovery phase complete, I'm satisfied that we’ve covered everything required to proceed to the Visual Design phase of the project.
My approach is one of iterative design. This means that I focus all of my efforts on creating a single design concept, which I then work with you collaboratively to fine-tune into the final design solution. I allow for three rounds of review, which I think produces a better, more focused discussion and provides you the opportunity to deliver feedback and fine-tune the overall experience.
I bring my designs to life using wireframes and prototypes, giving you the opportunity to experience the visual aesthetic and overall user-experience of your new site first-hand, before signing off for development.
With your website designs approved, we can now proceed with the Development phase.
All of my websites are built from the ground up, creating an entirely bespoke solution using the latest techniques and web standards. No themes, no one-size fits all approach – a unique and adaptable website for your needs. I ensure that the website is built for the long-term, providing you the ability to manage and adapt content and templates to your needs moving forward.
During this phase of the project, I will keep you fully updated of the progress as I proceed the build, until a stage where I'm ready to share a site demo preview with you. I will send over the staging site for you to view and experience behind a password-protected wall.
With development complete and a demo website preview provided, I then proceed with the quality assurance phase of the project, in preparation for launch.
It’s paramount that your website performs well from day one. To ensure this, I carry out a series of thorough quality assurance tests, across all popular devices and browsers. This is part of the necessary measures I have in place to guarantee that the website launch goes smoothly, with minimal disruption and an stress-free transition to your new web experience.
I then provide you with the training and guidance for implementing content and updates to your site, assisting you along the way where necessary and providing the support you need throughout. All with the goal of preparing you for launch on your desired launch target.
My work doesn’t end once the website is live. In the short-term, I remain on-call for two months post-launch to oversee a smooth transition onto the Webflow platform and to address any unforeseen issues that might arise.
Moving forward, I then offer my dedicated monthly Webflow success and support service. This service allows you to benefit from ongoing expert support and optimization, as well as giving you access to any web design or development support that may arise. I will continue to work with you in the long-term to identify growth potential, maintain your site's performance and roll out new features and developments, paying close attention to each and every aspect of your web experience. This service allows me to act as an extension of your team and provide you with the flexible support that you business needs for continued growth.
